About AIMS
We at AIMS believe our main role is to ensure that the right parts are available at any time to our customers. AIMS tailors its inventory to their needs by permanently keeping a minimum stock level for each part, based on their estimated annual requirement. Our inventory comprises a special section of “reserved” items, earmarked for our current customers. Although we welcome new business, our policy is to never reallocate reserved products. We would rather lose a new sale than fail an established customer.
Aims warranty
Our products are sold with the understanding and on condition that the purchaser will test them in actual use and make his/her own determination as to their acceptability for the intended use, and the purchaser agrees to such condition. Use of these products other than for applications illustrated constitutes a misuse for which the purchaser bears all responsibility. The company warrants to the original purchaser only that products, when purchased in the original, unopened package, are to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.AIMS’ sole obligation, and purchaser’s sole remedy, for any breach of this warranty, is limited to repair or replacement of the product at AIMS’ option.
AIMS will not under any circumstances be liable for the loss of the use of a purchaser’s equipment or facilities, or for loss of any business or goodwill or profits, or for the cost of inspection, transportation or storage, or for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature or description. Purchaser must notify AIMS in writing of any products which are deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of invoice. AIMS expressly disclaims any and all expressed or implied warranties concerning its products including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability, except the warranty set forth above.
